Antique wooden relief of Parvati, executed in South Indian temple style. The goddess is depicted seated on a lotus base, with a calm and powerful appearance. The hand-carved marks and the warm, dark patina give the panel character and authenticity. Compact in size but rich in symbolism, suitable for a home altar or as a spiritual accent in an interior. A charming devotional work from the early 20th century.
